Kick-Off YourOwnCrew (YOC)

Service Description

This is the initial 90 minute session where we meet with your recruiter(s) to understand hiring needs and tools available. In the remaining nine hours our team prioritizes openings, requests and setup tools, then start working on open position providing calibration and interested candidates. By the end of the setup, the RAC is operating a full speed to help you close your position openings.
