Q&A “The NOW Pool”: Hire Care Providers

Service Description

We are a nurse owned agency that operates what is called the NOW Pool. We charge a small commission to hire from the NOW Pool while we find a permanent part-time or full-time nurse for your facility This Q&A session gives you a better understanding of the first 21 day of the Sourceum's Heathcare Staffing Services. Below describes our project based service. If you decide to initiate the service, you will be billed on a weekly basis. If you currently use ShiftKey, Clipboard or some other nurse registry to supplement you may be interested in our pricing model. With our service, we provide interested CNA and LVN candidates for your open positions, including, if applicable, RN charge and RN supervisor openings. While we perform your search, we assist you by immediately, but, temporarily adding one or more of our staff to your On Call Pool on a per diem basis. This session will describe how our program works.
